1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 58ph. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and the 58ph platform. The moment you tick the registration checkbox, complete your account setup, or place a bet or game stake, you are confirming that you accept these Terms and that you will abide by them for as long as you hold an active account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 58ph, including but not limited to sports betting (football, volleyball, PBA basketball, and other events), virtual sports, JILI slots, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional bonuses, and any future features we may add to the platform.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at 58ph, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. 58ph enforces this strictly and conducts age verification checks.
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming authority.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or organisation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of 58ph or any of its affiliated entities.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account with 58ph. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — even under different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and confiscation of any balances.

When you register, all the information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and any financial details required for payment processing. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify 58ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• 58ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is inactive for an extended period, involved in suspicious activity, or in breach of these Terms.
• Account balances that remain dormant for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administrative fee as detailed in our fee schedule.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

58ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful identity verification and compliance checks. 58ph does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All funds held in your 58ph wallet are kept in segregated accounts and are not used for operational expenses. Your deposited funds are yours — we just hold them securely until you play or withdraw.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 58ph are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, and market type. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 58ph system. A bet is not considered placed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a reference number.
• The minimum single bet stake is ₱20. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier, and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds shown when you click "Confirm Bet" are the odds that will apply to your wager.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and does not resume within 48 hours of its original scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live / in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at 58ph's discretion. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system or human error — may be voided even after placement. 58ph will notify affected players promptly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

58ph regularly runs promotions including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal deals. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on each individual offer page.

The following general rules apply to all 58ph bonuses unless otherwise stated on the individual promotion:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once per household, IP address, payment method, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and free bets cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered according to the rollover or turnover requirement specified for each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time frame. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are forfeited automatically.
• 58ph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonus funds in wallets at the time of cancellation will be honoured for the original stated period.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting strategies using multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

7. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

58ph operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, match-fixing, collusion, and any form of dishonest play. We use advanced monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious account activity.

Actions that constitute a breach of fair play include, but are not limited to: using bots or automated betting software; attempting to exploit technical glitches or software errors for financial gain; engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple accounts; colluding with other players or insiders to gain an unfair advantage; and placing bets based on information that constitutes inside knowledge of a match outcome.

Where 58ph determines that fraud or abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void bets, suspend or close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Appeals may be submitted in writing to our compliance team within 14 days.

8. Responsible Gaming

58ph is committed to responsible gaming. We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our players, and we believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account.
• Session time reminders — Receive alerts when you've been logged in for a set duration.

10. Limitation of Liability

58ph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and smooth performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by technical outages, internet connectivity issues on your end, or disruptions outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 58ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost bets resulting from connectivity issues, losses arising from reliance on platform content, or losses from decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the site.

11. Amendments to These Terms

58ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 58ph after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 58ph platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute, we ask that you first contact our customer support team at support@58ph.best with a detailed description of your concern. Most issues are resolved at this stage within three to five business days. If you remain unsatisfied after our internal review, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory channel.
